The principals of MMPartners have been building in the Brewerytown neighborhood since 2001.  In 2007, recognizing the time was right to take a comprehensive and hollistic approach to redeveloping Brewerytown, David Waxman, Jacob Roller and Aaron Smith officially formed MMPartners with the goal of restoring Girard Avenue to a thriving retail corridor with new residential development north and south of Girard avenue .  Since that time MMP has been responsible for over $35,000,000 of development in the area with a very large pipeline of projects currently under construction and in predevelopment.  

 

 

MMPartners, LLC is a Philadelphia-based, vertically integrated real estate development, construction and management company that was formed to improve and revitalize Philadelphia’s historic Brewerytown neighborhood and to effectuate positive neighborhood change.

 

MMPartners has been building in Brewerytown since 2001, with an emphasis on good design, sustainability and giving back to the neighborhood. MM is solely focused on developing high quality design driven projects in the Brewerytown neighborhood and currently has a number of large and small projects currently under construction and in various stages of predevelopment.  

MM strongly believes in giving back to the community where we develop.  This entails sponsoring public art, putting on community events (concerts, food truck round up, Brewerytown Spring Fest), funding youth programs, mentoring kids in the area and working closely with community non-profits.  We encourge our tenants, business owners and residents to participate as well.
